Ayers, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, forged
her reputation as a culinary artist in some of the finest
kitchens in Manhattan and New Jersey.
With the Grand
Colonial
since its inception, Christine has created a unique, global menu
featuring the cuisines of France, the Far East, New American and
the Mediterranean.
In addition to
her role in producing fine delicacies from around the world,
Christine also is an accomplished pastry chef, preparing all of
the Grand Colonial baked goods in addition to specialty cakes and desserts
for every occasion.
The Grand
