Our Grand Ballroom & Cocktail Hall is newly completed, and we anticipate 2008 & 2009 being our premier years for Spectacular Events. We also feature a variety of intimate dining rooms & Outdoor Dining Areas for smaller affairs. Here at the Grand Colonial we custom make packages based on exactly what you want for your Event, and offer a variety of options for you to choose from.  The Perryville Room:

This multi-purpose room seats 90 guests and serves as a meeting and function room as well as a dining room for special occasions and Sunday brunch. For small to mid size meetings, planners can expect state-of-the-art multi media and audiovisual capabilities for business conferences and gatherings.

The Grand Ballroom:

We are proud to introduce our Grand Ballroom! Accommodating up to 250 guests along with a dance floor and offers a view of the facilities beautifully landscaped grounds. Bathed in tones of burnished gold, it reflects modern style with old world charm. Abundant photographic opportunities present themselves throughout the property, while a culinary masterpiece awaits inside. Experienced personal service and hospitality will lend individual attention to your event, making it truly special. The Ballroom accommodates all events from Weddings & Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, to Corporate Gatherings & Holiday Dinner Parties offering fantastic packages for any occasion.

Weddings

Weddings will be Grand as our event planners  guide you through the planning process. From Cocktail hour to your last dance your Reception will be flawless with our experienced Ballroom Service Staff, attention to detail and providing every guest with a Grand experience is our goal. Featuring the ability to customize the layout of the Ballroom, from the location of the Dance Floor, adding extra Bars, multiple table sizes, and special lighting options, your day will truly be one of a kind. Surrounding the Ballroom, the grounds boast a Ceremony site, with a gazebo and gardens for those who would like to exchange their vows outdoors. This space also is perfect for an ‘Al Fresco’ Cocktail Hour. Here at the Grand Colonial we offer enhancements to you Special Day; Separate Bridal Party Cocktail Rooms, Ice Sculptures, Candy Buffets, Signature Martinis, Chocolate Fountains and Late Night Packages in our Ice Bar are just a few! 

Bridal Suite

The Grand Ballroom features a beautiful Bridal Suite for dressing before the ceremony, separate cocktail hour or a quiet place for the Bride to catch her breath during the reception. Furnished with a fainting couch, vanity, full length mirror, private bathroom and separate Sound System, the Bridal Suite is the perfect amenity.

The Privacy Suite:

This very private multi-functional room is located on the second floor which leads out to a luxurious porch overlooking a colorful flower garden. Custom set for brides and their bridal party, the room has a fireplace, full bath, wet bar and vanity set.

For meetings and private VIP conferences, the room can be transformed to a 24 person seated conference room with state-of-the-art multimedia and audiovisual capabilities.

The Tree Bank Room:

The Tree Bank Room serves as a multi-purpose room with fireplace perfect for bridal showers, baby showers, meetings or private dinners accommodating up to 20 seated guests.
