I just wanted to follow up with an e-mail to say thank you to you and the entire staff at the Grand Colonial. The BIG snow storm on 10/29 accompanied my son\s wedding. It was a day filled with stress and fear of the unknown. However when we arrived at the Grand Colonial you would never know that outside was an issue. The place looked beautiful, the wait staff were all smiles and ready to make us all relax. You were a wonderful calming and welcoming host to us. I’m just so grateful for all your assistance that evening and appreciate everything you did for us. The reception, food and service was by far the BEST event I have ever attended and that is due to the fact that you made it that way for us. I hope everyone got home safe that evening. Please pass on my thanks to all who were there!

We are extremely excited to experience this very special occasion at the Grand Colonia. We have heard numerous compliments from those recently attending affairs there. We spoke with someone who said your talents are great and we are fortunate to have you handling the affair. If the day is anything like our taste testing – It will be most incredible!

I want to thank you for such a lovely day. The food and service were absolutely of the highest quality. The Grand Colonial was absolutely beautiful and we had so many people telling us the whole night what a wonderful wedding it was. Thank you very much for making the day such a wonderful memory for all of us.

It was the first time at the Grand Colonial for just about all our guests and everyone has been telling us what a beautiful place it is and how amazing the food was, even now almost 2 weeks later we’re still hearing it! James and I really couldn’t be happier or more thrilled with the way things turned out.

…was a grand event and a huge success.  We had well over 180 guests attend...Thank you once again.  It was very generous and wonderful of you to help us out.  Also, it was a pleasure to work with you this year.  I look forward to a further joint effort as such next year as well.  Edward S., CEA

With the help of Dan Weiss and his staff, our daughter’s wedding was an extraordinary affair. Hannah and Will were married indoors because it was early March. The room was so professionally done that we were overwhelmed by its beauty. The appetizers and main course were impeccable, everyone really enjoyed the food! If you are looking for an awesome place to have a wedding, search no further, give Dan Weiss a call.   Mr. S.

I would definitely recommend you to anyone. Maybe we’ll see you again if we are eating there for dinner, but thank you again for making our wedding day so amazing!

The facilities were wonderful and your staff was absolutely fabulous, and extremely courteous. We received many complements from our guests about the food, service and ambiance as the food was especially tasty. Your attention to every detail was most appreciated by all our guests especially me as the host. The assistance provided in planning and overseeing the event was everything that was promised.

First, I would like to say I am so sorry this has taken so long for me to get around to writing you. I just wanted to say how special you made our wedding day on 9/24/11. I know there is nothing I can say that would express how we felt and also how all our guests felt on our special day. We had nothing but compliments from our guests about the overall décor, food and location of the Grand Colonial. We couldn’t say enough about the food and the cocktail hour. Our dinners were hot and not one dinner had to be returned to the kitchen because they were all perfect. The hors d'oeuvres were over the top as well as the after dinner strawberries and cannolis which you added as a surprise to us. We couldn’t say anything more about the cake other than it was everything we thought it would be. We came several times to meet with you and went over our menu with Christine. We even talked and were over to see you the day before the wedding with my Mother so she could take her time and see everything that was going to take place on our day. Even today, 2 months later people are still talking about our wedding. Many of our guests have told us that it was the nicest wedding they had ever been invited to. No words can tell you how thankful we are to you and your staff for making the most important day in our lives so special and a day to remember.
